Poster Logistics

For poster presenters please note the poster easels can accommodate posters up to 3x4ft or 91.44×121.92cm in size. Please note the conference is not equipped to print the posters. Instead, there are a number of printing centers within a walking distance from the conference that may be able to accommodate such printing needs. One of such options is the Hokie Print that is located right across the street from the main conference venue in the Squires Student Center. Presenters are encouraged to forward their printing inquiries directly to the print shop, including pricing and size limitations.
